@MATES4Kids strives for equitable access to essential medicines, equipment, vaccines and technologies of assured quality, safety, efficacy and cost-effectiveness, with scientifically sound and cost-effective use, to support the timely diagnosis and optimal management of CAH.
Medicines and equipment must be available:
Access can be supported by: national policies, standards, guidelines and regulations to support policy; transparency of information on prices, status of international trade agreements and negotiatioin of prices;
in-country manfuacture of quality products; robust procurement, supply, storage and distribution proceses; rational use of medicines; guidelines and strategies to assure adherence, reduce resistance, maximise patient safety and promote training.

- At all times
- In sufficient quantity
- With assured quality
- At prices that people can afford
